The hotel is at the central location. Very easy to find and the price range was affordable. We did not look for a fancy room but the hotel met our standards. The staffs were polite & friendly. We will come back for future stay. Thank you.

Location, good food, friendly and helpful staff. One room was a bit not fresh, food ordered not available as stated on the menu. The floor on the hallway needed to be mopped becsuse there were foot prints everywhere.

Breakfast is excellent. Close to Batu amazing citi centre. Staff are all nice, rooms are clean. Recommended for family stay or for work. Hpefully I can come to Batu again and stay longer in this hotel.
